Eric Roberts, MAI and Joe Roberts, MAI started their real estate careers as commercial real estate appraisers. They have been developing subdivisions and buildings for 35 years. Combined they have 830,000 square feet of industrial buildings in Springfield and Nixa, and 108 acres of industrial subdivision land on the west side of Springfield near I-44. They have 70 tenants in rental spaces ranging from 1,000 square feet to 130,000 square feet. Their guiding business principle is "we want to be the best landlords you've ever had."
